Pista Zeno Colo 3

The first downhill competitions in Italy have been held in Abetone in 1922.
Since that time the ski resort grew up many of world famous skiers like Zeno Colò, Celina Seghi and Vittorio Chierroni, also Alberto Tomba
practised in this area.
And so it was Zeno Colò, who in 1973 took part in creation of three most popular runs in the resort.

The pistes are called as you can guess 'e tre Zeno' ,
and they are numbered Zeno 1 (black) Zeno 2 ( red ) and Zeno 3 ( red ).
The Ovovia lift goes to the top of Monte Gomito, from where the three runs parallel descend through the forest starting from around 1820 m to finish at 1300 m.

The most popular is Zeno 3 ( sometimes referred as Zeno Colò 3 , or Colò 3 )
which is often chosen for various ski slalom competitions, both regular and unofficial.
